"We all know how important it is to ensure the survival of wild animals throughout the world. But now I want you to help me do something to save the endangered species in our back gardens.
Newts, bees, toads, bats and even some species of bugs like beetles and spiders are all under threat. An important part of the Um Jungle Patrol is to raise money for conservation both here in the UK and abroad. Um Bongo is hoping to raise £40,000 this year and has already pledged £27,500 so far this year for charity run projects, which include helping protect the mountain gorilla, orang-utan and threatened species of our bumble-bee.

Join me on the Um Jungle Patrol to really make a difference to wildlife projects by getting involved and raising money for nominated conservation projects."
