What’s Your Mo? Competition T&Cs

1. By entering a competition entrants accept these terms and conditions.

2. Refresco Gerber may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. 

3. This competition is open to UK residents only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Refresco Gerber, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

4. To enter this competition each participant must complete the quiz and enter their details on the app located on the Um Bongo Facebook page.

5. Refresco Gerber may publish any content submitted in current or future social media activity.

6. This competition runs from Tuesday 1st November to Wednesday 30th November at midnight.

7. 50 winners will be drawn at random and emailed once the competition has closed. 

8. The prize is a limited edition Movember themed Um Bongo t-shirt.

9.  All winners will be notified within 30 days of closing date by email.

10. Claims made via third parties, in bulk or through consumer groups will not be accepted.

11. If Refresco Gerber is unable to notify any of the winners, or if a winner fails to respond this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Refresco Gerber reserves the right to select an alternative winner

12. Refresco Gerber shall try to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 working days from the date of the draw, unless otherwise specified to the winner. Delivery restrictions may apply. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, Refresco Gerber reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
